Guy’s experience spans over four decades in the maritime and energy sector.

An ex-Royal Naval Sub Lieutenant who spent time as a dry ship broker before moving into oil operations. Guy has worked at Vitol, Trafigura, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, most recently heading up Castleton’s EMEA operations.

Guy has consistently demonstrated excellence in operations, management oversight, process standardisation, and regulatory compliance within the oil and maritime industries and his opinion is highly regarded across the industry.

Since joining in 2024, Guy has been a key member of the CJH team, taking the lead on all operations-related cases.
