Peter has more than 50 years’ experience in the oil and gas sector, specialising in both upstream and downstream matters.
He has long-established expertise in crude oil valuation procedures and pipeline allocation/compensation methodologies. Whilst employed by the British National Oil Corporation Peter was responsible for overseeing the allocation effects in the Brent, Ninian, Forties and Flotta pipeline systems.
He has analysed numerous crude oils and condensates in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, the Americas, Asia Pacific and the Former Soviet Union and has provided market valuations based on various refining models appropriate to particular geographic regions.
